Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Associate to take ownership of our digital marketing and outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can independently manage campaigns and content, and drive brand visibility. You will play a critical role in creating engaging content, managing campaigns, supporting sales collateral, optimizing digital channels, and tracking marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others.
Manage campaign budgets, A/B testing, landing page performance, and lead quality.
Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
Content & Social Media Marketing
Own and manage the company's LinkedIn page and other social platforms.
Create, edit, and schedule regular, engaging posts (industry trends, thought leadership, customer success, team culture, etc.).
Identify trending and relevant hashtags to enhance reach and engagement.
Coordinate blog strategy: ideation, writing/editing, publishing, SEO optimization, and promotion.
Maintain a structured monthly content and campaign calendar ensuring timely execution.
Sales & Marketing Collateral
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare impactful pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, email templates, and product/service brochures.
Tailor content for different customer segments and business verticals.
Design visually appealing graphics, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with company branding.
Website & SEO
Collaborate with design and development teams to keep website content updated and conversion-optimized.
Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and track SERP performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Email Marketing & CRM
Plan and run email campaigns for lead nurturing and product/service awareness.
Support CRM hygiene, campaign segmentation, and performance reporting.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics weekly and monthly.
Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns, outreach, and ROI.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or B2B marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in LinkedIn marketing, hashtags, engagement strategies, and digital outreach.
Proven experience with paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma for visual content creation.
Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and website CMS (WordPress, Wix, Webflow).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
Highly creative, detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to coordinate across teams.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or SEO are a plus.
