We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Associate to take ownership of our digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can independently lead campaigns, content, and growth initiatives. You will play a critical role in driving brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting our sales team with powerful marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), etc.
Manage campaign budgets, A/B testing, landing page performance, and lead quality.
Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
Content & Social Media Marketing
Own and manage the company's LinkedIn page and other social platforms.
Create and schedule regular, engaging posts (industry trends, thought leadership, customer success, team culture, etc.).
Coordinate blog strategy: ideation, writing/editing, publishing, SEO optimization, and promotion.
Sales & Marketing Collateral
Collaborate with sales team to prepare impactful pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, email templates, and product/service brochures.
Tailor content to various customer segments and verticals.
Website & SEO
Collaborate with design and development teams to keep website content updated and conversion optimised.
Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and track SERP performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Email Marketing & CRM
Plan and run email sequences for lead nurturing and product/service awareness.
Support CRM hygiene, campaign segmentation, and performance reporting.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Track and report marketing performance metrics weekly and monthly.
Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns and ROI.
