We are seeking a Senior Associate Design to support the development and execution of high-quality visual assets across digital, social, and campaign touchpoints. The role requires strong hands-on design expertise, adherence to brand systems, and the ability to translate creative direction into consistent and visually compelling outputs. The Senior Associate will collaborate closely with creative leads, copywriters, social media teams, and marketing partners to deliver design solutions aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design Execution
Produce visually engaging assets for digital, social, and multi-channel campaigns.
Translate creative briefs into high-quality concepts and deliverables.
Support the execution of integrated creative ideas with strong visual storytelling.
Ensure all outputs reflect brand guidelines, audience insights, and performance requirements.
Continuously enhance visual storytelling through fresh ideas, formats, and design craft.
Brand Identity & Governance
Apply brand systems, visual frameworks, and style guides consistently across all work.
Maintain design consistency across global, regional, and local executions.
Contribute to developing templates, toolkits, and reusable design components.
Uphold brand integrity while enabling creative experimentation within guidelines.
Digital & Social Media Design
Create platform-native assets including static creatives, carousels, thumbnails, motion snippets, and short-form video graphics (preferred).
Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and platform-specific requirements.
Stay updated on digital and social-first trends, applying modern design styles and formats.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with strategists, copywriters, marketers, and product teams.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate and high-quality output across print, digital, and video formats.
Present design ideas, iterations, and rationale to internal stakeholders.
Partner with external agencies or freelancers when required.
Team & Creative Culture Contribution
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented creative environment.
Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers, when applicable.
Participate in creative discussions, brainstorming, and continuous learning activities.
Skills & Competencies
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to convert briefs into high-impact visual design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; motion tools (After Effects, Premiere) are a plus.
Solid understanding of digital and social-first design principles.
Excellent sense of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and business needs.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage timelines, incorporate feedback, and deliver consistent quality.
Passion for design innovation, trends, and continuous improvement.
Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields
2 10 years of hands-on design experience in digital and brand environments
Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform design work
Desired:
Experience designing for large-scale digital campaigns
Exposure to working in fast-paced brand/agency environments
Experience with motion design tools
