Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Health Millennium Nursing solution areas, including Care Plans, Medication Administration, Clinical Documentation, and Orders, with exposure to build, configuration, and project delivery activities.
Working knowledge of nursing workflows and related clinical processes, with ability to align system configuration to best practices and patient care quality standards.
Proficiency in Cerner fundamentals, such as Preference Maintenance (prefmaint), Privilege Maintenance (privmaint), and Discern Rules, with a basic understanding of cross-solution integrations.
Experience participating in workflow assessments, system configuration, testing, and Go-Live support within a project environment.
Ability to assist with training material preparation, demonstrations, and end-user support to aid nursing adoption and change management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot nursing workflow issues, perform configuration updates, and recommend optimizations under guidance from senior consultants.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with physicians, allied health, IT staff, and project managers across the delivery lifecycle.
Flexibility to travel occasionally for onsite client support, participate in on-call, and availability for evenings/nights/weekends during Go-Live or critical project phases.

Engage with nursing stakeholders and work closely with nursing teams, allied health professionals, and project managers to gather requirements, understand workflow challenges, and ensure that solutions are aligned with clinical and operational needs.
Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of nursing-focused projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment, with emphasis on timely and quality delivery.
Perform nursing-related build and configuration and assist in configuring and optimizing nursing workflows within Oracle Health Millennium (e.g., Care Plans, Medication Administration, Clinical Documentation, Orders), ensuring usability and alignment with best practices.
Contribute to workflow assessments and collaborate in analyzing existing nursing workflows and integrations, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements that enhance efficiency and patient care quality.
Facilitate adoption and training and support change management by developing training materials, conducting demonstrations, and helping nursing teams adapt to new system changes with minimal disruption.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and work with physicians, IT, analysts, and other project team members to ensure nursing workflows are integrated seamlessly with the broader clinical environment.
Assist in project monitoring and reporting, gather and validate data to track project deliverables, milestones, and nursing-specific outcome measures, escalating risks and dependencies as needed.
