We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysisto join our Enterprise Data Management - Data Operations team. This role is located in Pune/ Chennai, Maharashtra HYBRID. In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways: Under direct guidance, works with internal and external datasets and client reference data and provides analysis in the development of statistical, financial and/or econometric models for analyzing asset performance, securities data, derivative pricing, risk exposure or other sophisticated concepts. Provides analytical support and prepares drafts of standard and ad hoc reports for assigned area.Oversees the workflow of a Data Management and Quantitative Analysis support team. Reviews complex cases escalated by more junior staff and monitors reports on the Bank\'s or market data sources. Provides technical assistance on complex matters. Performs day-to-day work when necessary. With general guidance, supports assigned areas with basic statistical and quantitative analyses. Sometimes performs more advanced analyses. Performs or oversees data management activities in support of more senior quantitative colleagues. Runs models, looks for exceptions, takes corrective action. Oversees workflow of a team of Data Management and Quantitative Analysis support staff in identifying data violations, exceptions, or occurrences exceeding the tolerance threshold. Monitors work in process to maximize productivity and quality to meet deadlines and daily goals. Resolves issues that have been escalated by more junior staff. Serves as first line supervisor for assignment of tasks. Performs day to day work, as needed. Has some knowledge of technology tools used to conduct analyses conduct analyses applies techniques such as SQL, querying and macro development to extract data for populating models. Manages data on the Bank\'s systems and ensures information is accurate. Ensures document maintenance and summarization processes and procedures are implemented appropriately Recommends software enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency. Interprets findings and prepares initial drafts of standard reports. Assists more senior team members with the preparation of ad-hoc reports at the request of managers and/or other leaders. Responds to data-related questions from internal and external clients and helps provide solutions. Ensures that all customer responses are thoroughly documented and verified. Is beginning to review reporting and calculations performed by less experienced colleagues. Monitors staff production and quality performance objectives and communicates performance feedback and counseling to associate\'s supervisor/manager. Addresses poor performance through defined progressive disciplinary guidelines. To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following: Bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 8-15 years of total work experience preferred.
