The candidate for PF and Statutory Compliance operations will play a key role in managing the compliance team's operations and ensuring adherence to all statutory requirements, with a focus on Provident Fund (PF) and related employee benefit schemes.

Key Responsibilities



Managing PF queries with quality & timely response Maintain the tracker of all PF requests and ensure timely resolution Managing statutory consultants to ensure Compliances. Represent company in any PF inspection & handling Audit documentation. iaison with vendors and PF offices to speed up and timely resolution of PF requests - name change, ECR, partial withdrawal, pension, International worker Maintain repository of PF, ESIC and other compliances registration/renewal documents To handle employee's grievances solution if any on daily basis on Exit process Taking care registration of CLRA, Shop Establishment, Trade License, Professional Tax & LWF and the renewal as per the applicability. Tracking timely submission all statutory returns under the various Labour Laws. Tracking the record of Vendor compliances and timely follow up for the same. Preparing compliance reports in excel as well as power point Compliance Portal and Apprentice NAPs / NATs Portal Management

Skills & Attributes for success



Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax & other Compliance Acts Practical knowledge of PF, ESI, Shram Suvidha Portal. In depth knowledge of PF transfer and Withdrawal rules success Ability to identify gaps in current process and help drive first time right process Ability to monitor consultants' performance standards & push for consistent improvement Strong in systems as well as excel knowledge Good communication skills - Written and verbal both

Graduate, Postgraduate 4-7 years of working experience
