About the Role





We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compensation & Benefits Associate to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities




Assist in the administration of employee compensation programs, including salary reviews, benchmarking, and job evaluations

Support benefits operations including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave management

Maintain accurate records and documentation for compensation and benefits data

Collaborate with payroll and HRIS teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of compensation and benefits transactions

Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits policies and procedures

Participate in audits and compliance reviews related to compensation and benefits

Assist in preparing reports and analytics for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies

Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to support program enhancements


Skills




Qualifications & Skills




Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

2 to 5 years of experience in HR and compensation and benefits

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of integrity and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
