Qualifications

LLB degree

from a recognized university (LLM preferred).

8-12 years of post-qualification experience

in

civil and criminal litigation

. Hands-on experience appearing before the

Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and Tribunals

. Strong knowledge of

procedural laws, statutes, and case law precedents

. Excellent

drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills

. Ability to manage

complex litigation matters independently

.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in

civil disputes, criminal trials, writ petitions, and appeals

. Draft and review

pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal notices

. Conduct detailed

legal research

and prepare case strategies. Appear for arguments in

trial courts, High Courts, and Supreme Court matters

. Guide junior lawyers and coordinate with clients for effective case handling.
