The 3P Selling Partner business represents approximately 60% of the total Amazon.com sales and continues to grow. We are looking for a Senior Associate to support Seller Success for the 3P Selling Partner business and to contribute to our mission of making Amazon the most Seller-centric marketplace in the world. The teams primary role will be to collaborate with sales team and provide issue assistance to our sellers and sales reps across SPRS (Selling Partner and Recruitment Services)org
In this role, the individual will be expected to provide real time support via chat/SIM/email on questions related to Amazon selling account and save time for account reps and sellers. Candidate would be expected to work in US based shift timings. This role would allow you to educate sellers/AMs on Amazon catalog operations end to end and very strong catalog process knowledge is required.Basic Qualification
xc2xb7 Bachelor's degree in any discipline
xc2xb7 Ability to dive deep into a problem, perform 'Root Cause Analysis' and identify constraints to recommend a solution - on this, we will test the candidate's ability to think logically through a given issue, structure their thoughts, identify the problem correctly and then recommend appropriate solutions
xc2xb7 Ability to deal with ambiguity - use discretion and judgment to take decisions on critical business tasks based on available information
. Flexible with working shifts, including night shifts ( This is mandatory)
xc2xb7 Ability to work overtime as per business needs
xc2xb7 Willingness to take initiatives & responsibilities including working outside of the "standard" work dayKey job responsibilities
xc2xb7Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLA are met per quality standards and assist questions on Amazon account/ASIN reinstatement process at Amazon.com
xc2xb7Provide live support to Account managers/Sellers which requires excellent process knowledge on IIDP and catalog tools.
xc2xb7 Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done
xc2xb7 If there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to manager or lead
xc2xb7 Interacting and coordinating with sellers /account
xc2xb7 Flexible with working shifts, including night shifts (US hours, if required).
xc2xb7 Willingness to take initiatives & responsibilities including working outside of the "standard" work day
Skills and Competencies
xc2xb7 Support issues related to customer Reviews, Deals, advertising , account health etc
xc2xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills
xc2xb7 MS Excel proficiency - ability to mine voluminous data for specific detail according to instructions provided
xc2xb7 Strong analytical skills - Ability to do high school level arithmetic
