Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative Onboarding Specialist to join our Client Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new clients, primarily through direct and frequent verbal communication.
This role is critical in welcoming new clients and setting them up for success by serving as their primary guide and support throughout the initial integration process.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead the client onboarding journey by serving as the primary point of contact, conducting thorough phone calls to explain procedures, answer questions, and provide guidance for each new case.
Collaborate closely with various internal teams to efficiently meet all onboarding requirements, capture accurate order details, and proactively resolve any potential challenges or roadblocks.
Ensure compliance with defined onboarding process timelines by maintaining regular follow-up with clients and accurately documenting all interactions and progress in the system.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven ability in exceptional verbal communication with a clear, friendly, and professional phone presence to convey complex information simply.
Strong knowledge of detail-oriented case management and organizational techniques to accurately place orders and manage multiple simultaneous onboarding cases.
Previous experience in onboarding, customer service, or a client-facing role.
Familiarity with Salesforce and SKP (if applicable, please confirm the full name of SKP).
