Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior Associate Attorney with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling complex legal matters and possess strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in research, argumentation, and case strategy development is crucial.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of junior associates.
Independently manage complex cases from inception to completion.
Develop and execute case strategies.
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
Advise clients on complex legal matters.
Oversee and review the work of junior associates.
Ensure high-quality legal work and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years PQE.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of associates.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong advocacy and argumentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute case strategies.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Admission to the Bar is must.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
