Experience Required: 4-9 YearsJoining: Immediate-15 DaysWork Arrangement: On-site (Delhi)About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team as a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager Finance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial operations, accounting, compliance, and reporting. This is a key role responsible for ensuring accurate financial management, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements, while supporting the Finance Manager and senior leadership in strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial OperationsOversee day-to-day financial transactions including payments, receipts, invoicing, and reconciliations.Ensure proper documentation, filing, and internal controls for all transactions.Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.2. Budgeting and ForecastingAssist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.Track budget vs. actuals and provide variance analysis.Work closely with department heads to ensure budget compliance.3. Payroll and ReimbursementsSupport in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salaries, deductions, and statutory compliance.Handle employee reimbursement claims in line with company policies.Liaise with the HR and compliance teams to ensure alignment.4. Compliance and Statutory RequirementsEnsure timely filing of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.Coordinate with auditors (internal/external) for audits and financial reviews.Maintain compliance with regulatory authorities and ensure all finance-related documentation is up to date.5. Financial ReportingPrepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Generate reports for management decision-making, including MIS reports, cash flow analysis, and financial health indicators.Support in board reporting and investor communications as needed.6. Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and systems.Participate in implementation of financial systems/tools or automation initiatives.7. Team CollaborationCoordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Admin, Program, Operations) for financial inputs and reporting.Support Finance Manager in planning, strategy, and team mentoring (as required).Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce. Master's/MBA in Finance or CA Inter/Final is preferred.4-9 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in mid-sized or fast-growing organizations.Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation (TDS, GST), and compliance requirements.Experience with payroll, reimbursements, vendor management, and statutory filings.Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and financial ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.High level of integrity and attention to detail.Proficient communication skillsWhat We Offer:A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Exposure to strategic finance functions and senior leadership.Competitive salary and benefits package.
