The TMS Support Specialist provides technical and operational support to users of the Translation Management System (TMS) to ensure the effective and uninterrupted execution of translation workflows. The role is responsible for responding to user support tickets, proactively identifying and resolving common technical issues, and correcting workflow automation errors to maintain system stability. The specialist collaborates with team members to manage workload distribution, provides guidance on technical queries, and ensures timely escalation and resolution of complex issues through coordination with Global Language Technology Delivery Account Leads and other relevant departments. This position plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency, reliability, and overall performance of the TMS environment.

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support, configuration, and client setup within the Translation Management System (TMS).
Perform basic configuration tasks independently, including managing user access, updating translation workflows, and modifying cost details.
Support senior Application Specialists in gathering requirements, configuring, and testing new or existing client setups.
Prioritize and manage tasks based on the impact of system issues or the complexity of new requirements.
Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all changes are communicated to relevant teams.
Provide regular status updates to users through support cases and clear written or verbal communication.
Collaborate effectively with RWS teams across functions and actively participate in meetings.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, automate manual steps, and enhance workflow quality.
