: We are seeking a talented and motivated Insurance F&A Solutioning Leader to join our dynamic team within the insurance industry. As a Insurance F&A Solutioning Leader, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' business needs and leveraging our suite of services, products, and solutions to provide tailored and integrated solutions. You will collaborate closely with our sales, account management, digital solutions, operations & transitions, and data and analytics teams to build seamless narrative to outlay EXL's capabilities and solutions in response to client business problems. You will also proactively support sole sourced opportunities with our growth leaders, taking our domain specific capabilities to the market. Support the Insurance F&A Solutioning and Client Enablement specific OKRs aligned with Insurance growth strategy. Develop and lead solutioning for large integrated Insurance F&A new revenue pursuits Lead as a deal/pursuit owner, the end-to-end RFP/ RFI process in the Insurance F&A Vertical (P2P, R2R, Reconciliation, etc.) Thoroughly analyze artifacts shared by the clients and account manager / sales team to identify and understand their specific requirements. Translate client needs into comprehensive solution proposals that align with our products and services. Build, assess and summarize all data created as part of the business problem understanding to develop key actionable insights and build a benefit case as needed. Lead the end-to-end solution presentation and other collateral development as part of the RFx management process in the Insurance F&A unit (Auto, Home, Specialty, Commercial auto & home, Worker's Compensation, L&A, Group, Retirements, Broker Management, etc.). Build the narrative of what the solution should entail, integrating multiple EXL capabilities to present a simplified storyline highlighting client's business problem and key outcomes. Support Go-to-Market in the Insurance domain; Scan the industry value chain, identify Business Development opportunities across the value chain, build solutions framework (including digital automated solutions) to address these opportunities. Building reactive capability to improve existing solutions for clients. Manage, mentor, performance manage the team of direct and indirect solutioning team members & develop talent Client meetings/presentations (Orals, Prospecting, Demonstration of POC solutions) Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions. Tailor presentations to the audience's needs and concerns. Create structured and comprehensive documentation of solution documents, RFx responses, case study preparation and demos that are easy to access and understand.
