Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Assistant Vice President (Sr. AVP) to join our Digital Consulting team at EXL. The ideal candidate will bring over 10+years of cross-functional expertise in digital strategy, consulting, and transformation across BFSI and F&A domains. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in delivering digital solutions, managing global consulting engagements, and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead digital consulting engagements for Fortune 100 clients, focusing on transformation strategy, product development, and process optimization. Drive implementation of low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Appian, Power Apps) and intelligent automation solutions (e.g., RPA, Gen AI, Microsoft Co-Pilot). Develop business cases, perform gap analysis, and lead requirement management and stakeholder engagement. Spearhead GTM strategies for emerging technologies including Generative AI and advanced analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define operating models, streamline reporting (e.g., Power BI dashboards), and deliver measurable business impact. Manage global delivery teams and ensure alignment with client expectations and transformation goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Tech in Computer Science and MBA in Finance & Analytics. Proven track record in digital transformation, consulting, and program management. Certified in Generative AI Solution Architecture, RPA Program Management, Agile/Scrum. Strong expertise in F&A processes (O2C, R2R, FP&A), automation tools, and visualization platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
