Job Description


:The Employee Relations Lead will be responsible for managing employee relations strategies, ensuring compliance with India-specific employment laws, conducting investigations, advising leadership on labor regulations and providing legal guidance on employee relations matters.This role requires a blend of legal expertise and HR leadership to drive employee relations excellence while ensuring full compliance with Indias labor laws.Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Indian labor laws, including the Industrial Disputes Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Contract Labor Act, and POSH Act.
  • Provide legal guidance and interpretation of employment laws to HR, business leaders, and internal stakeholders to mitigate risks.
  • Lead and oversee employee grievance handling, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Collaborate with legal teams, compliance, and external counsel to address litigation, regulatory challenges, and workplace disputes.
  • Design and implement employee relations policies and frameworks that align with both legal requirements and business needs.
  • Provide training and awareness programs for HR and managers on employment law, disciplinary actions, and workplace ethics.
