Drive Amazon growth through full-funnel Sponsored Ads and retail readiness. Lead strategy, budgets, and operating cadence to scale profitably while building experimentation playbooks and enabling alignment across ECOM, Marketing, Ops, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Run end-to-end AMS (SP/SB/SD + DSP): strategy, budgets, bidding, and seasonal plans.
Manage AMS P&L: ROAS/TACoS, contribution margins, and category/ASIN targets.
Improve retail readiness: SEO, A+, reviews, availability, and Buy Box.
Build campaign architecture, ASIN segmentation, and testing/playbooks.
Drive weekly/monthly dashboards, governance, and profitability guardrails.
Manage agencies/vendors and partner with Finance on budgets and promo ROI.
Qualifications
6+ years
in performance marketing with deep Amazon Ads/DSP experience.
Strong analytics, automation, and cross-functional leadership.
