Our commitment is to ensure that every student has access to materials that are both engaging and academically rigorous. We are seeking a Senior Assistant Editor (English) to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: The position necessitates editing of English as well as other subject textbooks for K-12 students. This role requires a deep understanding of English language, arts curricula, pedagogical trends, and the unique needs of diverse learners. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation and revision of English textbook content to ensure it meets curriculum standards and is pedagogically sound.
• Ensure that all content is grammatically accurate, clear, engaging, and free from errors.
• Work closely with authors, designers and production teams.
• Stay updated with the latest in English education, curriculum changes, and pedagogical trends
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior team members.
• Ensure content aligns with national and/or state curriculum standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in English, Education, or a related field. A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in editing or developing K-12 educational materials.
• Good knowledge of the English language and grammar.
• Familiarity with national and/or state English curriculum standards.
• Proficiency in using editing software and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching experience in K-12 English language arts.
• Previous experience working for a textbook publishing house.
• Familiarity with digital publishing and e-learning platforms.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Benefits:
