Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Healthcare, Business, or related fields).
2+ years of experience in Customer Service / Customer Support (healthcare experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written & verbal).
Strong problem-solving skills with empathy and patience.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital applications. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
