Job Description

:

Operate granulation equipment (RMG, FBP, Sifter, Multi-mill, etc.) as per SOP. Perform batch processing and monitor key granulation parameters. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and documentation requirements. Maintain cleanliness and perform equipment changeover. Record batch activities in BMR/BPR accurately and timely. Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Production teams for smooth operations. Report deviations and support troubleshooting activities.

Required Skills :

Knowledge of OSD manufacturing and granulation process. Hands-on experience with RMG, FBP, and milling equipment. Understanding of GMP, GDP, and safety standards. Ability to read and follow SOPs and BMR/BPR formats. Basic technical troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and strong discipline in compliance. Willingness to work in a controlled and process-driven environment.
