Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior ASP.NET Consultant to assist us in designing and administering technical assessments and supporting the recruitment process for hiring ASP.NET developers.
The ideal candidate has strong real-world development experience and has previously evaluated developers, conducted technical interviews, or created coding tests for hiring purposes. Key Responsibilities Technical Assessment Creation
Design practical, role-specific ASP.NET technical tests (Beginner, Intermediate, and Senior levels if required)
Create real-world coding challenges rather than theoretical MCQs
Cover key areas including:
ASP.NET Core / MVC
C#
Web APIs
Entity Framework / LINQ
Authentication & Authorization
Performance optimization
Debugging and code quality
Security best practices
Define evaluation criteria, scoring rubrics, and expected solutions
Nice to Have
Experience as a Tech Lead, Architect, or Senior Developer
Prior involvement in scaling development teams
Exposure to CI/CD, Azure, or cloud-based deployments
Experience hiring developers for agencies or product companies
