Creative Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, illustrators, and motion artists. Guide them to create visually compelling, brand-aligned campaigns.
Strategic Visual Thinking: Collaborate closely with the strategy and brand teams to translate briefs into insightful, on-brand visual solutions.
Campaign Development: Spearhead the visual development of integrated campaigns from ideation and concept development to final execution.
Team Alignment: Ensure the creative team is aligned with the project vision, timelines, and output expectations. Set the benchmark for quality and consistency.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with copywriters, marketing, digital, and product teams to bring ideas to life across mediums.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain and elevate brand visual language and identity through all creative outputs.
Planning & Process: Own planning for design deliverables, prioritise creative resources, and uphold delivery timelines without compromising quality.
