Art Director - Graphics & Motion (Full-Time / Part-Time)

About the Role:

We are looking for an

experienced Art Director

with

10+ years of proven expertise in graphic and motion design

, preferably with a strong background in advertising agencies. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary who can independently conceptualize ideas, lead design execution, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding work across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently conceptualize and execute high-impact graphic and motion design projects. Lead and mentor a team of designers, animators, and editors to ensure quality and timely project delivery. Ideate and develop fresh, original creative campaigns aligned with brand and client goals. Collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, and client teams to translate briefs into visually compelling solutions. Maintain a hands-on approach to design, ensuring excellence in both concept and execution. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphics and motion design.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of

10 years of experience in graphic and motion design

, with a strong portfolio of work. Prior experience working with a reputed

advertising or creative agency

is essential. Based in

Kolkata

(preferred) with a deep understanding of creative processes and project workflows. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage creative teams effectively. Expertise in visual storytelling, motion graphics, and brand communication.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
