About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced

Senior Art Director

to lead and inspire our creative team. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and execute compelling campaigns across multiple platforms, maintain brand consistency, and mentor junior designers to achieve exceptional creative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative vision and art direction for advertising campaigns, branding, and digital projects. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account managers to develop innovative concepts that meet client objectives. Translate marketing strategies into impactful visual storytelling across print, digital, social media, and video platforms. Mentor and guide junior designers and creative staff to maintain high-quality standards. Present creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure fresh and innovative outputs. Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in fine arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

7+ years of experience

in art direction, preferably in an advertising or creative agency. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of campaigns and design expertise. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
