The ideal candidate will guide and empower our creative teams, from graphic design to video production, and ensure the successful execution of our brand vision. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Oversee and provide direction to creative teams, including graphic designers and video production staff, from concept to execution. 2. Develop compelling, innovative, and visually stunning design strategies that elevate the Frido brand. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints. 4. Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the team to ensure alignment with brand standards. 5. Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas and push the boundaries of design. *Qualifications:* 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 3+ years of robust experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment. 3. Proven experience in overseeing the creative process and guiding teams from concept to execution. 4. Exceptional portfolio demonstrating the ability to think creatively and deliver market-leading design solutions. 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
