Your Core Responsibilities

Build, mentor, and energize a high-caliber sales team Craft and execute sales strategies that align with company vision Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and refine approaches for maximum results Explore new territories, develop key accounts, and foster long-term relationships Coordinate with marketing, product teams, and executive leadership to drive initiatives Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and insights for decision-making

Candidate Profile

Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred Minimum 2 years experience in sales leadership or managerial roles Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and managing teams Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about sales growth Willing to travel as required
