Go2 Hotels & Resorts is expanding rapidly and is looking for a dynamic
Area Sales Manager
to drive growth by onboarding hotels under
franchisee and profit-share models
. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, proven negotiation skills, and hands-on experience in hotel acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard hotels for
franchisee and profit-sharing models
Close hotel deals by negotiating commercial terms, contracts, and onboarding agreements
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and stakeholders
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly onboarding targets
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities
Coordinate with internal operations and branding teams for smooth hotel onboarding
Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience
in hotel sales, hotel acquisitions, or hospitality business development
Proven experience in closing hotels
under franchisee or profit-share models (mandatory)
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
Good understanding of hotel operations and hospitality market dynamics
Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area
Excellent communication skills in English and local language
Preferred Qualifications
Existing network of hotel owners or hospitality partners
Experience with budget hotels, resorts, or hospitality chains
