Job Description

Looking for an Architect & Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, to work as an In-House Architect & Interior designer for an organization based out in Hyderabad, India.

Requirements and Skills:

-Proficient with 3D Modelling Applications (Sketchup, Rhino 3D, 3DS Max)

-Proficient with Rendering Applications (Lumion/Twinmotion/Enscape/V-Ray)

-Proven working experience as an Architect and Interior Designer

-Visual awareness and an eye for detail

-Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills

-Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software

-Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions

-Communication and project management skills

-Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Responsibilities:

-Control project from start to finish, ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design

-Develop ideas keeping in mind client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact

-Produce detailed working drawings

-Compile project specifications

-Keep within budgets and timelines

-Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards

-Make site visits to check on project status and report on project

-Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals

-Follow Architecture and Interior rends and advancements

The role would include taking responsibility of the organization's corporate projects interiors, facade, planning and hospitality projects from conceptualization to realization.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
