for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We deliver high-quality, authority-compliant designs that meet client expectations and UAE regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in preparing detailed architectural drawings, with a deep understanding of building codes, construction standards, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop

architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed design documents

for residential, commercial, and industrial projects using AutoCAD and relevant software. Coordinate architectural design with

structural and MEP teams

to ensure complete and accurate design integration. Ensure all designs and drawings comply with

authority regulations

and applicable building codes. Prepare

presentation drawings, 3D models, and renderings

as required. Revise and update drawings based on

client feedback and coordination comments.

Manage documentation for authority submissions and NOC processes. Ensure compliance with building codes, project standards, and quality requirements. Support project teams with drawing-related queries and participate in coordination meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture , Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or Draughtsman ship.

Min 5 years of experience and above

in Construction design (experience in UAE projects will be an advantage). Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit,

knowledge of Lumion or Photoshop is an advantage. Strong understanding of construction details, materials, and standards. Ability to interpret and visualize complex drawings. Good understanding of

MEP coordination and authority submission procedures.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines. Strong communication, detailing, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
