We are looking for talented

Senior Architects

with

12-16 years of experience

to join our dynamic team in

Gurgaon

. The ideal candidates will bring strong design leadership, technical expertise, and proven project management skills to drive projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design development of architectural projects from concept through execution. Prepare, review, and oversee the production of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings. Conduct regular client meetings and ensure effective communication for approvals and expectations. Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to align all project components. Perform site visits to monitor execution, resolve technical issues, and uphold design integrity.

Key Requirements

Bachelors in Architecture

from a recognized and reputed institution.

12-16 years

of experience in architectural design, detailing, and project delivery. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp. Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Strong attention to detail and aesthetics. Solid understanding of building codes and byelaws.

Who We're Looking For

An architect with substantial experience in

mid-scale architectural projects

, especially

commercial base-build developments

, ideally from a reputed design firm. Hands-on project exposure and proficiency in the latest architectural technologies are a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
