Job Title - Senior Architect

Department - Architecture

Reports to - Project Architect / Team Lead

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 4 - 8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Excellent design, technical detailing. Problem identification and observation Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Detail-orientation skills.
