Location: Kolkata (WFO)Job description:Key Responsibility:To be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of IT projects. Build strong client relationships and promote business growth. The profile includes managing around 3-4 Products and handling around 5-10 personal.Key Responsibility Metrics:
1. Successful delivery of projects within accepted service levels of quality, budget & time.
2. Growing the Product business by providing correct solution.
3. Diversification of the Product business across multiple customers.Responsibilities:
Manage multiple IT projects end-to-end, including adherence to quality, timelines, project scope and budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies beforehand and ensure mitigation.
Comprehensive Project communication, including project status report for stakeholders, project communication plans, project issues and resolutions to stakeholders and internal teams.
Creating Architecture of the product/Project.
Assign duties and responsibilities to project staff and oversee outputs.
Conduct performance evaluations for project team members that are timely and constructive.Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong Practical Knowledge in OOPs is Mandatory
Knowledge of C#, ASP .Net, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL server is required.
Hands on Experience in Web API is Mandatory
Experience in Angular 2+, CSS, SASS, jQuery, JavaScript is Mandatory
Good Communication Skill able to understand and express clearly.
