Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect Consultant to join our team and support the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on design strategies, regulatory compliance, materials selection, and project coordination. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, project lifecycle, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to assess project needs, design objectives, and feasibility. Develop conceptual and schematic designs aligned with project requirements and brand identity. Provide expert guidance on architectural design, materials, sustainability, and building systems. Review and enhance existing architectural plans for functionality, aesthetics, and compliance. Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning laws, accessibility standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, contractors, and consultants to integrate multidisciplinary inputs. Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate progress and resolve design or construction issues. Support project documentation, including design reports, drawings, specifications, and presentation materials. Advise on cost estimation, timelines, and resource planning. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Minimum 12+ years of experience in architectural design or consultancy.- 1 positon Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
