to join our team for the construction of a new 50,000 sq.ft building with clear understanding of preparation of drawings for various contractors.
In this role, you will work closely with the contractor and the owner, playing a key part in bringing the architectural vision to life. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to gain hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the project aligns with design intent, budget, and timeline.
Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, change orders, and submittals.
Use both 2D and 3D software to create, modify, and present design concepts and construction details
We are looking for Experienced Architects with at-least 3-4 years in the field. The site is located in Dehradun, but you might be required to travel to Chandigarh for Coordination.
