We are looking for a talented Senior Architect / Interior Designer with 4-5 years of experience to handle architectural and interior projects from concept design to site execution. The candidate should be capable of managing design development, working drawings, and coordination independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural and interior design concepts and drawings
Develop working drawings, detailing, and presentations
Handle projects independently from concept to execution
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams
Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution as per drawings
Assist in material selection, finishes, and BOQs
Guide junior architects/designers
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design
4-5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software
Strong knowledge of construction details, interiors, and materials
Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Immediate joining preferable.
