Job Description

Mahaveer Constructions is looking for a skilled and creative Architect with strong

experience in High-rised Residential and Commercial design. The ideal candidate must

have hands-on experience working in high-rised or gated community projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Planning

? Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, and working drawings for

residential buildings.

? Prepare conceptual designs, 3D views, and presentation drawings for management

approval.

? Ensure designs comply with project requirements,local building codes, NBC, fire

&safety norms, and environmental guidelines.

2. Coordination

? Collaborate closely with Architects,Structural, MEP ,Interior, Landscape design,PMC

teams for seamless project execution

? Coordinate with site engineers,contractors and vendors to ensure design

implementation.

? Coordination with the Legal team and Accounts Team.

? Attend project review meetings and provide technical inputs as needed.

3. Documentation & Deliverables

? Prepare detailed drawings, sections, elevations, estimatios and construction

documents.

? Produce municipal drawings and ensure compliance with GHMC/DTCP norms.

? Review shop drawings and resolve design-related queries from the site.

? Review and finalize architectural drawings, 3D models, elevations, and working

drawings.

? Validate structural-architectural coordination drawings.

? Review MEP coordination to ensure services integration with architectural layout.

4. Site Support

? Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality.

? Provide guidance to site teams on finishing details, material selection, and design

changes.

5. Project Management

? Track project progress and ensure timelines for design deliverables.

? Work closely with management to finalize design themes, materials, and

specifications.

? Attend weekly site coordination meetings.

? Monitor project milestones and ensure timely release of drawings.

? Review BOQs, specifications, cost estimates, and value-engineering proposals.

6. Client Management

Coordinate with the Clients for Design modifications.

Coordinate with the Architects, Structural,MEP teams regarding Client inputs.

Required Skills

? Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other 3D visualization tools.

? Deep understanding of residential building planning, Vaastu guidelines, and modern

design trends.

? Ability to create functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective designs.

? Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?750,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
