Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architect with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in architectural design, technical drawings, project coordination, and site-related communication. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage projects from design development to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and presentations in alignment with project requirements. Prepare and review architectural plans, working drawings, and construction details. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design integration. Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve design-related queries. Work closely with contractors, vendors, and project managers during execution. Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and documentation as required. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards. Participate in client meetings, understand requirements, and provide design solutions. Support senior architects in project planning and delivery milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master's degree is a plus. 3-5 years of hands-on architectural experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other relevant software. Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and construction documents. Good understanding of materials, building systems, and site execution. Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively. Creative design thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
