Position: Senior Architect

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Salary: 8 - 9 LPA

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Architecture or related field

Experience: 6 - 10 Years

Skills Required: AutoCAD | Revit | SketchUp | Photoshop | MS Office

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Coimbatore.

The candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept to execution, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and layouts as per client requirements

? Develop concept designs, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings

? Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors

? Review and approve drawings, specifications, and material selections

? Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance

? Manage junior architects and draftsmen, providing guidance and support

? Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations

? Handle client meetings and incorporate feedback into designs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
