Develop
detailed working drawings
for execution (architectural & coordination drawings)
Coordinate with
structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants
Assist in obtaining
statutory approvals
(DTCP, Local Body, CMDA, Panchayat, etc.)
Support the project team during
construction stage
with drawings, revisions, and site visits
Review and approve
shop drawings and material specifications
Ensure designs meet
local building codes, bye-laws, and client requirements
Participate in client meetings and present design concepts professionally
Value engineering to optimize design without compromising quality

Pay: ₹20,252.57 - ₹71,883.69 per month
