Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings for industrial facilities, factories, warehouses, and institutional buildings (schools, colleges, hospitals, etc.).
Develop conceptual designs, detailed working drawings, and 3D models as per project requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, safety norms, and client specifications.
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure design coordination and accuracy.
Conduct site visits for design validation, progress monitoring, and resolving on-site design issues.
Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and tender drawings for execution.
Assist in presentation materials for client discussions and approvals.
Provide support during authority submissions and approvals.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
Good knowledge of industrial architecture standards, space planning, and institutional layouts.
Ability to prepare working drawings, GFCs, and coordination drawings.
Knowledge of building codes, bye-laws, and statutory compliance. Strong visualization, detailing, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and ability to coordinate with consultants & contractors.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in industrial and institutional projects.
Registered with Council of Architecture (COA).
