Client Consultation:
Meeting with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budgets for a project.Design & Development:
Creating initial concepts, sketches, and detailed drawings (blueprints) using BIM & AutoCAD.Technical Documentation:
Preparing specifications, budgets, and construction documents for bids and regulatory approval.Project Management:
Overseeing projects from start to finish, managing teams, and ensuring timelines are met.Collaboration:
Working closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.Site Visits:
Visiting construction sites to ensure work aligns with architectural plans and building codes.Regulatory Compliance:
Ensuring designs meet zoning laws, building codes, and safety standards.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
