The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, mentoring junior architects, and driving innovation in design and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring high-quality designs and technical excellence
2. Develop and implement design concepts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals
3. Lead and mentor junior architects, providing guidance and feedback
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and clients
5. Ensure projects meet quality standards, codes, and regulations
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements:
1. Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
2. Registration with relevant architectural council (e.g., AIA, COA)
3. Proven experience in architecture, preferably in a similar industry
4. Strong design and technical skills, with expertise in [specific software or technologies]
