Job Title - Senior Architect

Projects - Commercial, Residential and Institutional

Required Skills & Qualifications -

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 4 - 10 years of experience in architectural design and project execution. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office. Knowledge of Revit, ArchicadD5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite will be add on. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Excellent design, technical detailing. Problem identification and observation. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants. Strong communication and presentation abilities.

1.Design Development & Execution:

Lead the design process Prepare and review designs, presentation, architectural drawings, plans, and technical details.

2.Project Coordination & Collaboration:

Collaborate and coordinate with internal architectural team and external consultants. Observe and address technical issues and provide design solutions during the project lifecycle.

3.Technical Expertise & Quality Control:

Preparing and reviewing detailed working drawings, plans, and technical details Conduct periodic site visits Ensure the progress, accuracy, quality, and consistency of design documentation.

4.Deliverable Planning & Execution:

Plan and manage the timely delivery of design documentation, drawings, and presentation materials. Preparing and ensuring project phase and its completion Flag any scheduling discrepancies

5.Team Support & Mentorship:

Mentor and guide Junior Architects, providing technical support and design direction.

6.Client & Stakeholder Interaction:

Support client presentations and participate in design discussions. Ensure client feedback is incorporated into design revisions.
