Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to translate design requirements into practical solutions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and team members.
Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation in design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Proven experience as a Senior Architect, with a minimum of 1-3 years in architectural practice.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design styles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure preferred.
