Senior Architect

Thane

Experience:

9-10 YearsSeeking a proactive Senior Architect with strong English communication skills to manage strategic projects with direct client exposure.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural and interior projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards. Independently oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to design standards and regulatory compliance. Conduct material research, vendor coordination, and procurement for awarded projects. Guide and assign tasks to junior architects; facilitate collaboration with consultants, vendors, and client-appointed authorities. Translate client feedback into design modifications, address contractor/vendor queries, and communicate project timelines. Develop budget-compliant designs, prepare BOQs, and conduct regular site inspections.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's in Design/Project Management preferred. 9+ years' experience in a reputable architectural or construction firm. Proficiency in design software (e.g., ACAD, Revit, SketchUp). Creative, detail-oriented, with strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
