Senior Architect Job Profile - Architecture Design as per UDCPR Norms, shall be familiar with NMMC , CIDCO, MSRDC, NAINA Zone. Ensuring adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements, including those specific to NMMC. Technical Expertise: Providing expert advice on building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance. Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring projects are completed within established parameters. Supervising and mentoring junior architects and other design professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work. Interacting with civic bodies and relevant consultants for approvals and clearances. Developing architectural plans, coordinating with construction teams, and ensuring projects meet aesthetic and functional requirements Software- BPMS, Autocad. Advance Skills- Residential designing and Redevelopment Norms
