We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect specializing in the F&B, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), and Hospitality sector.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in conceptual design, detailed drawings, MEP coordination, 2D & 3D design development, and project execution.
This role demands the ability to translate business requirements into innovative, functional, and brand-aligned architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead the design and development of F&B, QSR, and hospitality projects from concept to execution.
? Prepare conceptual layouts, schematic drawings, 2D & 3D presentations, and detailed working drawings.
? Coordinate with MEP consultants, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
? Ensure brand identity, functionality, and customer experience are integrated into all design deliverables.
? Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure compliance with drawings and standards.
? Manage BOQs, material specifications, and project timelines in alignment with business objectives.
? Stay updated on industry trends, innovative materials, technologies, and sustainability practices.
? Mentor and guide junior architects/designers within the team. Key Skills & Competencies ? Strong expertise in F&B/QSR/Hospitality architecture & interior design.
? Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), SketchUp/3DS Max/Revit (3D), Photoshop, and MS Office.
? In-depth understanding of MEP services integration.
? Excellent project coordination and vendor management skills.
? Ability to balance design creativity with functionality and cost efficiency.
? Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
? Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the F&B/QSR/Hospitality industry.
? Experience with multi-location rollouts, restaurant/cafe chains, or hospitality brands is highly desirable.
? Registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
