Job Description

We are seeking a talented

Architect (2-5+ years experience)

to join our real estate development team in Amritsar. Salary ?15k-?40k. Work on residential colonies & commercial complexes, from concept design to site execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and local by-laws required.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing

concept designs, working drawings, and construction documents

for residential and commercial projects. Coordinating with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for project integration. Working on

site planning, zoning, and compliance with PUDA/GMADA/RERA guidelines

. Preparing 2D & 3D presentations for clients and internal teams. Supervising project execution to ensure quality and design intent are maintained. Assisting in BOQ preparation and material specifications. Supporting project approvals and submissions with local authorities.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch). 2-5+ years of professional experience in real estate/architecture firms. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office

. Strong knowledge of

building by-laws, zoning regulations, and development norms

. Good communication & coordination skills for working with consultants and site teams. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
WHAT WE OFFER

Salary in the range of ?15,000 - ?40,000 per month (based on skillset and experience). Opportunity to work on
