Job Description

: A senior Architect assists in the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects under the supervision of senior architects or project managers. The role involves creating and developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and supporting all phases of the architectural process from conceptual design to construction documentation and site management. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings. - Prepare renderings, and visual presentations to communicate design ideas with the use of software like Photoshop. - Knowledge of BPMS Software for Online Submission. - Knowledge of Municipal Drawings. - Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Experience: 0-2 years of relevant architectural experience. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and BPMS . Knowledge: Understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction standards. Technical Skills: Ability to create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
