Job Summary:

The Senior Architect (Interior & Exterior Design) is responsible for leading the conceptualization, planning, and execution of architectural projects that integrate both exterior and interior design excellence. This role involves managing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring creativity, functionality, sustainability, and alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards. The Senior Architect will mentor design teams, collaborate with consultants and clients, and ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:Design Leadership

Lead the creative development of architectural designs for both exterior facades and interior spaces. Translate client needs, brand identity, and project goals into innovative design solutions. Develop detailed design concepts, presentations, and material boards for client approval. Ensure cohesive visual and functional integration between interior and exterior spaces.

Project Management

Manage multiple projects from concept through construction documentation and delivery. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is realized. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client and company expectations. Review and approve design drawings, renderings, specifications, and material selections.

Technical & Quality Oversight

Prepare and review architectural drawings, 2D,3D models, and construction documents using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards. Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve on-site design challenges.

Client & Team Collaboration

Serve as the main point of contact for clients during design and construction phases. Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and senior management. Mentor junior architects and interior designers, fostering creativity and technical growth within the team.

Innovation & Sustainability

Integrate sustainable design principles, materials, and technologies into projects. Stay current with design trends, materials, and construction technologies to continuously elevate design quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution. 2-3+ years of professional experience in architectural design, including significant exposure to both interiors and exteriors. Proven track record in managing design projects from concept to completion. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural and interior design work. Proficiency in design and visualization software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite). In-depth understanding of building codes, construction methods, materials, and sustainability standards. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

Professional licensure in architecture. Experience with luxury residential, commercial, or Industrial projects. Knowledge of BIM workflows and project coordination. Strong aesthetic sense with technical precision.
